Visitors to the Mineral King area of Sequoia National Park won’t even have to leave their vehicles to view the colorful blooms that are currently carpeting the landscape and lining the roadway. However, leaving the car behind and heading out on foot is always advised to discover the best treasures!
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Providing invaluable assistance with the identification of some of the wildflowers in this gallery were members of the California Native Plant Society’s Facebook group. The collective knowledge of this group is extraordinary and a significant resource. Any errors are solely the fault of TKC, not that of the online CNPS users.
